Job Description
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Workfront .Develop implementation roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • System ownership: Configure and maintain Workfront (projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards).
  • User management: Set permissions, onboard users, and ensure teams are using the tool correctly.
  • Process optimization: Translate business needs into Workfront workflows to improve efficiency.Drive adoption and best practices.
  • Reporting & analytics: Build reports and dashboards to track project performance and KPIs.
  • Integrations: Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware.Connect Workfront with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Slack.
  • Project management: Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and standardize project management practices across teams.
  • Emphasizes delivery, stakeholder alignment, and system rollout
  • Stakeholder communication : Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 to 150000
