One of our client is looking for a Junior SQL Developer @ St. Louis MO Please find below the details of the position.

Job Role: Junior SQL Developer

Location: Saint Louis Missouri- Locals only

Contract on W2

Typical Day / Task Breakdown

  • 10% Analysis & Requirements Review
  • 60% Coding & Development
  • 20% Validation Testing
  • 10% Documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain system and application programs following the full SDLC.
  • Prepare and review technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documentation, providing clear feedback.
  • Develop new stored procedures related to ICOMS ordering elements and integrate them into complex CSG automation.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to support automation of billing data flows between systems.
  • Perform validation testing and ensure code meets quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Create and maintain operational and system-level documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience (Software Dev 2) and 5+ years (Software Dev 3).
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with stored procedures and billing system integrations (ICOMS / CSG preferred)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience participating in architecture and design reviews.
