Junior Software Engineers are also expected to learn and adapt to new technologies, follow best coding practices, and participate in code reviews. Their role is essential in supporting project development and gaining hands-on experience to advance their careers.

Junior Software Engineers often find that real-world development involves more complex codebases, collaborative workflows, and the use of industry-standard tools, which can be quite different from academic projects.
