Position Summary:

Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal systems and tools that power daily business operations. This role is designed for an earlyโ€‘career engineer who is eager to learn, build real systems, and grow their technical skills within a production environment. The Junior Software Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to support backend services, frontend interfaces, automation tools, and internal platforms. This is a handsโ€‘on role focused on building practical experience, learning engineering best practices, and contributing to systems that support real insurance workflows. The ideal candidate is curious, detailโ€‘oriented, and motivated to develop strong engineering fundamentals while learning how technology supports complex business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
