The XIAM Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. XIAM Software Engineer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Join Humana as a XIAMSoftware Engineer and make a meaningful impact by designing, coding, and optimizing applications that support our business requirements. In this dynamic role, you'll tackle varied assignments, apply your independent judgment, and help set the standard for quality assurance within our technology teams.

The XIAMSoftware Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software, and is responsible for debugging, researching issues, and making necessary adjustments. You will be responsible for making decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and at times, may work with minimal direction and adept at seeking necessary guidance.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
