Are you a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys building modern enterprise software that solves real operational problems? Do you thrive working across the stack-from polished React user interfaces to scalable APIs, cloud services, and complex enterprise integrations?
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and build the next generation of our enterprise platform. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to play a key role in a major platform modernization initiative while helping shape the architecture, engineering practices, and long-term technical direction of the product.
About the Work
Our platform helps organizations manage critical inventory and supply workflows in real time by integrating RFID readers, barcode scanners, and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) with leading ERP and enterprise business systems. We have a long history of building enterprise software on Microsoft technologies including C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
As we modernize our technology stack, we're transitioning to a cloud-based Azure platform and evolving toward a containerized microservices architecture. We're building a next-generation platform using React, .NET, Azure, and modern cloud-native technologies while continuing to support our existing enterprise solution. This is primarily greenfield development with meaningful opportunities to influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build modern, responsive React/TypeScript applications for complex enterprise workflows.
  • Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET.
  • Design and optimize Azure SQL databases, queries, and data models.
  • Design and build cloud-native solutions using Azure, microservices, and containerized architectures.
  • Build integrations with ERP, EHR, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams integrating RFID, barcode, Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), and Zebra Android devices.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues across distributed enterprise systems.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS or commercial software products is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare IT experience, including ERP/EHR integrations and familiarity with FHIR and HL7, is a plus.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise software applications.
  • Strong experience building production React and TypeScript applications using modern React development patterns, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.
  • Strong backend development experience using C# and .NET.
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL experience, including schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling.
  • Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure, including containerized and microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience building distributed enterprise applications and integrating with third-party enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Experience working within modern Git-based development workflows, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently, take ownership, and solve complex technical challenges.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration technologies.
  • Experience working with Zebra Android devices or other mobile enterprise hardware is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead is a plus.
  • Exposure to regulated industries or mission-critical operational software is a plus.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $90-130K plus an undefined bonus. However, we are willing to send qualified candidates over-budget.
