We are seeking a developer to build and implement enterprise level software services with large supply chain communities, enabling business processes with RFID technologies and the sharing of information and critical events across a customer’s system landscape.

This role requires direct communication with customers to ensure a successful delivery with a deep understanding of their processes, products, and people. Customer communications span through design, development, integration, documentation, and delivery of a complete end-to-end solution with accountability to own customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Create and evolve our system landscape to expose new services and products 
  • Design and manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions within an application release strategy 
  • Manage customer communications to enable a fully integrated solution to their system landscape 
  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure success in adoption and ongoing use within their business 
  • Document technical designs and business-related processes to accelerate customer deployment 
  • Innovation and problem solving across cloud and edge computing technologies  
  • Identify improvements for our end user experience with common development frameworks
