We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $74.8/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. This position is for an experienced Software Engineer with either professional or personal project experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI. The position will be part of the Applied Research and Technology (ART) Aerospace Technologies Team designing and developing the next-generation avionics systems of the future. The ART Aerospace Technologies Development Sandbox team is chartered with defining new disruptive developmental process improvements for the Client's Aerospace business to enable faster cycle times, lower total lifecycle cost, reduce tech debt and enable greater reusability. This position will be performed on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
