The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is dedicated to supporting melin's growing digital channels, ensuring design deliverables are executed at the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Content Director, delivering impactful design solutions that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail initiatives.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute design needs for digital channels, including emails, website, paid social media.
  • Collaborate with the Content Director to adapt campaign concepts into scalable design outputs for digital.
  • Maintain melin's brand standards, ensuring all visuals align with elevated, premium storytelling.
  • Assist in maintaining both internal and external creative asset management platforms (DAMs) with folder allocations and fi le naming hierarchy.
  • Assist in preparing GTM (Go-to-Market) creative toolkits for ECOM and international partners.
  • Layout and design of digital layouts to support various channel campaign needs.
  • Support the development and organization of creative assets across internal and external platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience
  • Ability to execute creative briefs and work collaboratively with leadership and other team members
  • Proficiency of Figma
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design
  • Experience with web design is a plus
  • Familiarity with fi le preparation for digital, social, and print use
  • Organizational skills for managing and archiving visual assets within an internal asset library
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand aesthetic and creative direction
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location lifestyle photoshoots


Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.


Compensation: The salary range for this position is $24 to $27 hourly; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
