Nightwing is seeking a Senior Security Administrator who will play a critical role in protecting mission-critical systems and sensitive information. This position is designed for an experienced security professional who thrives in high-visibility environments, operates with minimal oversight, and brings deep technical expertise to enterprise security challenges. ** Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance ** Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide security systems and protocols. * Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems in alignment with federal regulations, agency policies, and industry best practices. * Provide expert-level guidance on security policy development, system hardening, vulnerability management, and incident response. * Operate independently on mission-critical and high-visibility initiatives, ensuring security objectives are met without compromising performance. * Serve as a technical leader by mentoring and overseeing junior staff and coordinating the efforts of personnel assigned to specific security initiatives. * Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex security requirements into actionable solutions. Minimum Requirements: * 10+ years of hands-on experience performing duties aligned with this role (or an approved qualifying substitution) * Current TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance * IAT Level II certification compliance (required). * Proven ability to lead security efforts in complex, regulated environments. * Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity standards, risk management frameworks, and enterprise security architectures. * The confidence and expertise to work independently while contributing to a collaborative security team.
