Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the design, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide security systems and protocols.
โ€ข Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems in alignment with federal regulations, agency policies, and industry best practices.
โ€ข Provide expert-level guidance on security policy development, system hardening, vulnerability management, and incident response.
โ€ข Operate independently on mission-critical and high-visibility initiatives, ensuring security objectives are met without compromising performance.
โ€ข Serve as a technical leader by mentoring and overseeing junior staff and coordinating the efforts of personnel assigned to specific security initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
โ€ข 10+ years of hands-on experience performing duties aligned with this role (or an approved qualifying substitution)

โ€ข IAT Level II certification compliance (required)
