Moog is the world-wide leader of advanced flight controls and actuation for commercial and military aircraft. We are positioned on virtually every aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers.
In the role of Sr. Security Administrator, you will support all assigned security tasks in accordance with U.S. Department of War (DOW) requirements. Under the direction of the Facility Security Officer (FSO), you will be responsible for tracking visit access requests, coordinating/monitoring incoming visits, and coordinating security briefings and training.
To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Typically an Associates Degree in Business or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Experience in Government Security or comparable compliance-based field, familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 - National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) preferred
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Must be able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing and the ability to lift and/or push loads of up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a full-time onsite schedule
  • Ability to support multiple buildings on campus

As a Sr. Security Administrator, you will:
  • Maintain and update personnel within DoD databases and internal records in accordance with DOW standards
  • Manage material inventory records and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee physical security of designated secure areas
  • Coordinate scheduling and use of secure rooms with authorized employees
  • Verify authorization prior to approving access requests
  • Support internal self-inspections, government audits, and scheduled internal information system security audits
  • Identify and report security incidents, violations, and compliance issues to the FSO
  • Conduct routine monitoring of internal employees and external visitors within secure areas
  • Coordinate and support the hosting of secure visits
  • Order office supplies and maintain security-related documentation, procedures, and templates as directed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate consistent trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
  • Access and utilize DOW databases and internal security systems as required
  • Other tasks assigned to you by the Assistant FSO or FSO

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
