What is a junior Salesforce developer?

A Junior Salesforce Developer (Remote) is an entry-level professional who works from a remote location to help design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform. They typically assist in customizing Salesforce to meet a business’s needs, fix bugs, and support more senior developers with coding and integration tasks. Junior Salesforce Developers usually have foundational knowledge of Salesforce, Apex (Salesforce’s programming language), and basic web technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, and the Salesforce CLI is typically required. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are standout soft skills for this remote role. These skills and qualities are crucial for building efficient Salesforce solutions, collaborating with distributed teams, and adapting to evolving project requirements.
