The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a global leader in fine art logistics, and we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager who will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to high-value clients, overseeing complex logistics projects while driving account growth and profitability at their Miami, FL location.

This role combines senior-level client relationship management, commercial leadership, and operational oversight. You will play a key role in expanding strategic accounts, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to broader business initiatives and growth strategies.

This position is ideal for a highly experienced, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and excels at managing sophisticated client needs while delivering exceptional service and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, build long-term partnerships, understand client objectives, identify growth opportunities, and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts by driving revenue and profitability, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, support new business development, and contribute to pricing strategies and market positioning
  • Oversee complex domestic and international logistics projects, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence
  • Manage account financials through quoting, billing, cost control, margin optimization, profitability analysis, forecasting, reporting, and revenue target achievement
  • Ensure compliance with CITES, NOAA, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, expertise in international shipping regulations, legal, insurance, and company standards while managing operational risk
  • Mentor and support Account Managers and junior staff, share best practices, provide guidance on complex accounts, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Partner with senior leadership and global offices to manage key accounts, support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Champion service standards, analyze client feedback, lead post-project reviews, and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations while acting in the organization's best interests and representing the company professionally

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7–10+ years of account management experience within fine art logistics, auction houses, design, luxury services, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value client accounts and revenue-generating portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive account growth, profitability, and client retention
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, import/export compliance, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot and Moveware is a plus (training provided)
