REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of proven software testing experience.
• Strong experience within the Agile Methodology working in JIRA, (SCRUM/Kanban) software development methodologies and testing framework.
• 5+ years of process validation/testing and have the ability to write SQL scripts to analyze data and perform specific data queries.
• Deep understanding of the software development and QA life cycle processes (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Octane, Client ALM/Quality Center, JIRA.
• Proven ability to work on testing projects of all sizes and proven experience driving issue resolutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills interact across all levels from junior members to senior management.
• Coordination skills and ability to work seamlessly with geographically dispersed teams.
• Adaptive, flexible and comfortable working in a matrix environment as a Sr. team member or an individual contributor.
• May maintain test environments/data to be used with test automation.
• 2- 4 years Prior experience in Automation testing (QTP/UFT/Selenium/TOSCA) specifically, the candidate will develop, enhance, update and maintain suites of automated test scripts for regression testing of applications.
• Participates in the design and planning of automation for applications. Identifies test scenarios to automate including: critical path, high risk functionality, tests prone to human error, tests that require multiple data sets, tests that take more time to perform manually and tests that are repetitive.

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with developing both automated and manual tests automated solutions.
