Position Overview

Created Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst II to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer and serve as a critical technical enabler within the Chief Engineer Front Office. In this role, you will transform complex engineering and programmatic data into clear, actionable digital dashboards and schedules that support senior leadership decision-making.

The Front Office operates in a dynamic environment, making this role well suited for a proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly and provide support for emerging requirements and strategic projects.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards to visualize engineering metrics, risk assessments, and technical performance measures for senior leadership review.
  • Architect and maintain structured databases to track engineering artifacts, action items, and technical baseline documentation.
  • Create and manage complex technical schedules.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer with emerging requirements, rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies as mission needs dictate.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with digital engineering tools.
  • Experience with scheduling and database tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills, tools, and programs in support of the mission.


Desired Qualifications

  • Expertise with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Expertise with digital visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
  • Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Previous Missile Defense Agency (MDA) experience.
