Position: Junior Technician

Location: Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, QC

Job Type: Full time, Permanent Position

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (Monday - Friday); Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities


The Role: Your Mission

You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer-favorite all rolled into one.


What You’ll Be Doing

Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations

• Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments

• Complete service reports for work performed and products used

• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions

• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues

• Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

Requirements

Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment

• We will help you obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (we will provide you training material, help you study, and apply for the exam)

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle

• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team

• Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade


Important: Prior to servicing customers in the field, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
