This role emphasizes exploitation of wireless and RF-enabled technologies in support of adversarial emulation and real-world threat replication. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with wireless attack techniques, assessment leadership, and mentoring junior operators.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct advanced wireless penetration testing and red team assessments
  • Execute offensive cyber operations targeting:
    • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other RF-enabled protocols
    • Wireless network infrastructure and client devices
  • Serve as Assessment Technical Lead for assigned wireless-focused engagements
  • Direct and mentor mid-level operators during assessment execution
  • Develop and employ techniques for:
    • Wireless network exploitation
    • Antivirus evasion
    • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion
  • Support technical reporting, findings development, and customer debriefs

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
  • 3+ years of experience conducting:
    • Red team assessments
    • Offensive cyber operations
    • Wireless penetration testing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct mid-level operators
  • Must meet DCART apprentice and journeyman operator requirements within prescribed timelines
  • Must be capable of serving as an Assessment Technical Lead
  • Professional Certification(s) required for this position are as follows: Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03, and as amended.
  • Must pass the DCART Senior Operator Aptitude Test prior to assignment
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of offensive cyber or red team experience
  • DoD Cyber Red Team or corporate red team background
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Wireless exploitation techniques
    • Antivirus and EDR evasion
  • Experience with wireless toolchains and RF analysis
  • Certifications such as: RTAC, RTJC, Rogue Ops (ROPS); CRTO, OSCP; GIAC (GXPN, GPEN, GWAP)

Security Clearance Requirements: 

U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required.
