Role: .Net + React Developer

Location: Nashville-TN

·       We are seeking a Technical Lead – .NET & React with strong expertise in .NET backend/API development and modern React-based frontend development. This role is for full-stack .Net with React experience and requires technical leadership across design, architecture, and delivery.

·       The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and leverage AI-assisted development approaches to accelerate and enhance .NET API development in a scalable, secure, and cloud-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Full Stack .Net + React

·       Lead the architecture, design, and development of large-scale React + .Net applications

·       Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core / .NET 8 Web APIs)

·       Apply AI-assisted tools and techniques (e.g., code generation, refactoring, test creation, API scaffolding) to improve productivity and quality of .NET API development

·       Collaborate on backend architecture decisions with focus on security, performance, coding standards and scalability best practices

·       Integrate React applications seamlessly with backend APIs

·       Support database interactions using ORM frameworks as needed

·       Build high-performance, reusable, and maintainable UI components using React, Hooks, and TypeScript

·       Drive adoption of modern React patterns (state management, component composition, lazy loading, etc.)

·       Partner with UX/UI designers to translate designs into scalable frontend solutions

·       Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

·       Act as a technical owner for frontend and integrated full-stack features

·        Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical roadmap planning

·        Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams

·        Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and backend issues

·        Promote best practices related to CI/CD, version control, testing, and Agile delivery

·        Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence through code review and technical guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Min  5–7 years of professional software development experience

·       Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core / Web APIs – preferably .NET 8+)

·       Strong hands-on expertise in React.js with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·       Experience with frontend and backend testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, xUnit, NUnit, etc.), code coverage

·       Proven experience leading or owning end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications

·       Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

·       Exposure to relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle

·       Experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / Dapper)

·        Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows

·       Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams 

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

·       Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools for backend/API development

·       Experience with Azure cloud services

·       Familiarity with Docker / containerization

·       Experience with CI/CD pipelines
