JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned aquatic staff
include those involved in organizing and encouraging the formation of clubs,
teams, leagues, and special events, assigns work activities, projects, and programs;
reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures to ensure safe work
practices, work quality, and accuracy and to ensure compliance to applicable rules,
policies, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in recreation administration, leisure services, or a related field, along with three years of professional recreation work and recreational planning experience, including one year of supervisory experience. Experience of Recreation or Pool Operation may be considered in lieu of education.
