Were seeking a motivated, sharp, and detail-driven Junior Estimator-Construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants more than just a job. What Youll Be Responsible For

Youll work directly with our Senior Estimator and leadership team to:

  • Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates that win work
  • Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications
  • Perform detailed framing material take-offs
  • Solicit and evaluate supplier pricing
  • Support purchasing decisions and cost validation
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Construction, Production, and Project Management
  • Assist with project scheduling and submittals
  • Contribute in internal and client project meetings

This is hands-on estimating experience not a back-office data entry role.
