Leadership & Mentorship Responsibilities

This role will directly oversee and develop a Junior Project Manager as part of PMI’s internal talent development program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on training in project workflows, client communication, and operational processes
  • Reviewing project progress and providing guidance on prioritization and problem solving
  • Helping the Junior Project Manager develop time management, vendor coordination, and project tracking skills
  • Conducting regular check-ins and coaching to accelerate professional development
  • Assisting leadership in building a scalable project management team

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience with service platforms or facilities/project operations is a strong plus

Company Description

PMI is a growing, employee-owned (ESOP) company where strong performers are trusted with responsibility and given opportunities to grow and advance their careers.
