Junior Interactive Project Manager

These clients include nationally-ranked academic medical centers, community hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, health plans and healthcare-related not-for-profits. From consumer-focused websites to patient-centric social media channels, and creative online physician recruitment to results-driven search marketing efforts, MedTouch makes healthcare interactive.
The Role
As a Junior Interactive Project Manager with MedTouch, you will support a dedicated Senior Project Manager in overseeing the lifecycles of multiple new client projects, from the signing of the contract to site launch and beyond. As a team, you will develop and implement a plan while delivering an outstanding client experience. Your role will focus principally on clarifying requirements, verifying deliverables, training and working with clients, and overseeing miscellaneous project details. In this role you will:
Take Initiative:
  • Work with your Sr. Project Manager to develop status reports, schedule meetings and internal work deliverables
  • Track day-to-day evolution of projects against scope and document all project-related assignments, issues and risks, including taking detailed meeting notes
  • Provide support for the Project Management team throughout project lifecycle
  • Train end users on system functionality and support the users and the system throughout the duration of the deployment
  • Test and verify that deliverables meet the requirements and user experience expectations

  • Travel 20-30% of the time to meet customers on site and represent MedTouch at events and conferences

The Fit
  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Web Project Manager, Interactive Account Executive or similar-sounding position in an interactive agency environment
  • You are web savvy and possess a working understanding of website usability, website design principles, content development, QA testing and/or module development
  • You have a completed Bachelor's degree in something interesting, if not applicable
  • You would love to travel 20-30% of the time
  • You are currently eligible to work in the US

Extra-Credit
  • You have experience working with large-scale web projects, starting with scope definition through implementation and launch
  • You have experience reviewing site metrics and making strategic decisions based on data
  • You are familiar with the healthcare industry
