Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing healthcare studio. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with 5-10 years of experience who is ready to take the next step toward project leadership.  You will play a key role in managing projects from early concepts through construction, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader.
  • Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit.
  • Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
  • Project management and client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
