Job description

Job Title: Executive Administrator / Junior Project Manager
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience Level: Junior to Mid-level

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrator / Junior Project Manager to support multiple C-level leaders by helping track engagements, tasks, and day-to-day priorities. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with basic project management and executive coordination, who enjoys organizing work, following up on action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a senior project management role, but rather a hands-on support position focused on coordination, tracking, and execution across multiple leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple C-level executives.
  • Track engagements, meetings, and commitments for senior leadership.
  • Maintain and update task lists, action items, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives.
  • Assist with basic project management activities such as timelines, status tracking, and coordination.
  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and post-meeting action tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Help prioritize work and proactively flag risks, delays, or dependencies.
  • Maintain simple trackers, dashboards, or spreadsheets to provide visibility into ongoing work.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support for leadership across functions.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.
  • Comfortable handling both administrative and basic project management responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities across different stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in common productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, task trackers, etc.).
  • Willingness to support both administrative and light project management work without hesitation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership or multiple C-level executives.
