Who We Needย

Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.ย

This Opportunityย

At Truveta, we have an ambitious mission of "saving lives with data." We do that by transforming real-world healthcare experiences into insights that fuel research and improve patient outcomes at unprecedented speed and scale. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for how Truveta connects with, extracts, processes, and operationalizes real-world healthcare data across a rapidly expanding ecosystem of sources.ย

This role is central to building the industry's most scalable, intelligent, and efficient real-world data onboarding platform. You will define andย drive the roadmap for onboarding healthcare dataย with exceptional speed, quality, reliability, and security. Your work will help establish Truveta as the market leader in healthcare data connectivity and extraction by creating generalized, extensible capabilities that support diverse EHR technologies, health system-specific implementations, and emerging data sources beyond EHRs.ย ย

You will partner closely with engineering teams, operations, and health system partners to create and own an end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution model. Leveraging an AI-first approach, you will translate product strategy into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions that accelerate onboarding velocity whileย improving usability,ย trust,ย operational efficiency,ย and customer experience.ย

The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare dataย expertiseย with strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. You are energized by solving complex, high-stakesย problems and designing elegant solutions that scale across healthcare ecosystems. You bring a strong customer mindset, operational rigor, and a passion for building products that drive measurable business impact.ย

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for Truveta's data onboarding platform, creating a unified, intuitive, and scalable experience for both health systems and internal data teams
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for healthcare data connectivity, extraction and onboarding at scale across multiple real-world data sources
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and build reliable, secure, extensible, and high-performing onboarding platform capabilities
  • Translate product strategy into scalable technology requirements, ensuring alignment with Truveta's growth objectives, operational goals, and compliance standards
  • Leverage AI-first approaches to modernize onboarding workflows, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate onboarding velocity for terabytes of healthcare data
  • Build strong relationships with health system customers and users to continuously inform product direction through customer discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops
  • Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs related to adoption, onboarding velocity, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Connect product investments and decisions to measurable business outcomes, clearly communicating impact, tradeoffs, and strategic priorities to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across teams by fostering collaboration, transparency, and clarity around shared goals and execution plansย

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ yearsย of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform products
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data extraction, onboarding pipelines, data processing architectures, and large-scale distributed systems
  • Deep experience working with healthcare data, electronic health records (EHRs), healthcare interoperability, or real-world data ecosystems
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity while bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to highly complex initiatives
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering organizations to deliver complex technical products from strategy through execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, customer stakeholders, and business teams
  • Passion for improving healthcare through data, technology, and innovationย

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies such asย HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other major EHR ecosystems
  • Experience applying AI/ML-driven approaches to workflow automation, data extraction, or operational optimization
  • Experience working directly with health systems, provider organizations, or healthcare operations teams
  • Strong understanding of healthcare security, compliance, and privacy requirements, including HIPAA and HITRUST considerations
  • A bias for action, collaboration, ownership, and clear communication across diverse technical and business teamsย

Why Truveta?ย ย

Be a part of building something special. Now is the perfect time to join Truveta. We have strong,ย established leadership with decades of success.ย We are well-funded. We are building a culture that prioritizes people and their passions across personal, professional andย everything in between.ย Join us as we build an amazing company together.ย ย

We Offer:
