Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have telecom domain experience across network operations, customer experience, and frontline functions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, including RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases that drive operational efficiency and business value.
  • Leverage telecom industry expertise across network operations, customer experience, and frontline functions to shape product direction.

RAG & Agentic AI Product Development

  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to design and deliver scalable AI-powered products.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of RAG, Agentic RAG, and multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
  • Evaluate architectural trade-offs and guide product decisions related to AI capabilities, usability, and scalability.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

AI Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Define and implement AI evaluation frameworks for monitoring solution quality and performance.
  • Establish metrics for relevance, groundedness, accuracy, response quality, and hallucination reduction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, analytics, and business KPIs.
  • Partner with engineering teams to optimize model performance and product effectiveness.

User Experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, and journey mapping to uncover opportunities and pain points.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with exposure to AI/ML-driven products.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Experience working with telecom business functions such as Network Operations, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, or Frontline Operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching production-grade AI applications.
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation tools, prompt engineering, and LLM monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Certification in Product Management, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines is a plus.
