About:

We are hiring for the next Junior Campaign Sales Associate. This position will be on a team with likeminded sales and marketing individuals working in the water distribution and home improvement industries and begin at the entry level. While all training and development is provided, it is key that this individual keeps a student mentality, is hard working, and is driven to meet and exceed client expectations.

This position:

The next Junior Campaign Sales Associate will work with our direct-to-consumer marketing and sales team to advertise clients’ products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running promotional events within partnered retail locations in the local market. Through face-to-face interactions with customers, you will clearly communicate and encourage the benefits and promotions offered by the client to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run marketing events and promotional campaigns within a retail store that has partnered with our clients
  • Learn and understand the product knowledge, and be able to communicate it back correctly and confidently to management as well as customers
  • Quote, qualify, and process sales orders using the most applicable and relevant promotions specific to each customer situation
  • Provide customer service, to new and existing customers, helping with trouble shooting potential product issues and help escalate issues out of your control
  • Track and consistently hit individual and team sales goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to conduct product demos and lead generation activities confidently.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple territories or accounts.
