Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney (Multifamily Housing) – Atlanta

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to join a nationally recognized real estate practice focused on multifamily housing finance and sophisticated lender-side transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of real estate finance experience, particularly representing lenders in multifamily housing finance transactions, including construction and permanent loans. Candidates should be comfortable managing transactions from inception through closing and working directly with clients and deal teams.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 1–4 years of real estate finance experience
  • Experience representing lenders in multifamily housing finance transactions
  • Familiarity with construction and permanent loan transactions
  • Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents
  • Experience coordinating title and survey review and transaction closing processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage transactions from beginning to end with appropriate supervision
  • Affordable housing and bond financing experience is a plus
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar or pending admission
