Job Description:

The Sr. Professional, Client Delivery - Analyst is a senior individual contributor and peer leader who analyzes complex business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and designs innovative system solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leading solutioning discussions for complex, integrated software systems.

This role goes beyond standard analysis by managing E2E implementations, driving internal process improvements, and proactively mentoring junior analysts to elevate the team's overall capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.

  • System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

  • Documentation: Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.

  • Testing and Support: Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor other analysts, manage projects, and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
