Job description

Systematic problem solving and optimization of all injection molding tasks (man, machine, method, environment, material) including the sustainable implementation of corrective measures in the event of repeat errors on instruction to ensure trouble-free production operations.
  • Largely independent optimization of injection molding processes using methods (GMS)
  • Improvement of work processes and organization in the area of responsibility
  • Participation in the implementation of workshops
  • Qualification of new tools, SGM incl. handling and peripherals according to instructions
  • Documentation of all changes according to specifications
  • Sampling of new start-ups after change according to instructions
  • Root cause analyses / corrections for repeat errors, complaints, etc.
  • Processing of suggestions for improvement according to specifications
  • Cooperation with internal departments (e.g. WKS, QS, TCC/SEC, assembly, PCU)
  • Participation in FMEA ́s
  • Participation in specifications of SGM, tools and peripherals according to specifications
  • Participation in the supervision of transfer projects
