We're looking for a Power Apps Developer like you to help organizations modernize their business processes through intuitive, data-driven applications. You'll design and build custom solutions that streamline workflows, integrate data sources, and empower users across the enterprise.

You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience building applications with Power Apps such as Canvas in a SharePoint-backed environment
  • Experience with basic programming logic such as Power Fx and web-based application design principles
  • Experience developing, testing, and validating components against functional requirements, and with troubleshooting across Power Apps
  • Experience using SharePoint Online as a primary data source, including list and column design and efficient data operations, such as Patch, LookUp, Refresh, Filter, and Search, and delegation limits and data row constraints
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and implementing practical data modeling approaches within platform constraints including integrating with standard Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, and Office 365 Users
  • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and system enhancements
  • Ability to design intuitive and responsive UI/UX within Power Apps
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and develop client-ready presentations and technical documentation
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience building workflows with Power Automate standard connectors and integrating with SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development using SharePoint data
  • Experience with Microsoft AI Studio for building, testing, and integrating AI-driven capabilities, such as copilots and prompt flows, within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Experience with REST APIs or basic integrations using standard connectors that are non-premium
  • Experience with Dataverse integrations using Power Automate, APIs, and connectors
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting public sector or government clients
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
