Job description

The Microsoft Power Automate Developer is a skilled professional who designs, implements, and manages automations for complex organizations. The role is critical for ensuring enterprise business applications meet current and future needs—including scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Essential Requirements
  • Ability to pass a customer background check for access to facilities, equipment, and property.
  • Proficiency in software configuration.
  • Certification at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II level preferred.
  • Preference given to DoD or Federal Government industry experience, 3+ years building Cloud (not Desktop) Power Automate with Premium Licenses.
  • 3+ years of experience with Dataverse.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud (not Desktop) Power Automate.
  • Experience with a Model Driven or Canvas Driven App in an Enterprise Environment.
  • Power Automate Connector Experience.
  • End-to-End Pipeline Automation Experience.
  • Power Automate Migrations experience.
  • Proven ability to handle and govern large Dataverse environments.
  • Knowledge of large-scale manufacturing, production, and/or logistics activities as they relate to supporting IT systems and tools preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports design, build, test, deploy and maintain activities for Microsoft applications in Azure cloud environments.
  • Supports the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in support of production optimization and maintenance shopfloor management.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to identify functional needs and develop application solutions.
  • Performs routine maintenance, such as applying software updates and patches.
  • Optimizes configurations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develops and maintains system design, implementation and security documentation required for ATO activities.
  • Develops processes and procedures for periodic review of user accounts and associated permissions to meet system and data security requirements.
  • Works with software development teams to understand application and data access requirements and implement network configuration solutions.
  • Protects data, software, and hardware by collaborating with development and cybersecurity teams to plan and implement security measures in compliance with all cybersecurity regulations.
  • Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Creates and maintains documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, processes and service records.
Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or completion of a related B.S. program. Minimum of four (4) years’ academic or professional experience in coding and debugging object‑oriented applications.

Physical Demands

Work is primarily performed in an office environment and requires sitting, using hands and arms for tasks, speaking and hearing. Occasionally requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and handling objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close, distance and depth vision and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to general office noise, computers, printers and light traffic.
