Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust internship program for college juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. It will immerse you in a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Studio Production Intern provides hands-on experience in multimedia production, creative design, and content marketing support within Allied's in-house Studio and corporate marketing team. This role is ideal for students who want to build skills in video and podcast production, graphic design, and collaborative marketing initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to the full production lifecycle, from concepting and recording to editing and publishing, while contributing to real-world marketing projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support video and podcast production, including setup, recording, post-production editing, and publishing.

  • Assist with live stream and event production, including equipment setup, testing, and execution for internal and external broadcasts.

  • Create and refine digital design assets, such as Canva templates and visual concepts for studio enhancements.

  • Edit and produce short-form teaser videos for blogs and campaigns using the SundaySky video platform.

  • Help evaluate, inventory, and prepare video production equipment for conferences and off-site events.

  • Participate in team meetings, cross-functional collaborations, and Lunch & Learns with leaders across the marketing organization.

  • Contribute to timely Studio and design projects aligned with business priorities andmarketing campaigns.

  • Other design duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Communications, Digital Media, Design, Marketing, or related fields

  • Strong interest in video production, podcasting, and creative design

  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms such as Premiere Pro and SundaySky

  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and organizational skills

  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and willingness to take initiative

  • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and prioritize

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
