Job description

About the Role:

As Sales Operations Manager at Interface.ai, you'll own the systems, processes, and analytics that power our entire GTM engine. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role at a Series A company scaling fast, you'll partner directly with sales leadership to build the operational foundation that takes us from $25MM ARR to $100MM and beyond. If you love turning ambiguity into order, data into decisions, and process into pipeline, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full RevOps function, CRM administration, GTM toolstack, data integrity, and workflow automation across Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline dashboards, and executive-level reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of the business
  • Design and optimize lead routing, territory management, sales stage definitions, and handoff processes between BDR, AE, and Customer Success
  • Partner with Finance on revenue planning, quota setting, and commission structure design and administration
  • Lead GTM tool evaluation, implementation, and adoption (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and beyond)
  • Serve as the single source of truth for revenue data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across teams
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks that slow deals, reduce forecast accuracy, or create friction in the sales cycle
  • Own Deal Desk operations, manage quote-to-close hygiene, deal reviews, approval workflows, and pricing governance to keep deals moving cleanly
  • Build the Sales Ops function from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow and lead a team as we scale
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS, AI, or fintech company
  • Salesforce expert, you've built it out, administered it, and maintained clean data at scale; custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards are second nature
  • Analytical and data-driven, you build models, run analyses, and translate numbers into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Process-obsessed, you see inefficiency and can't help but fix it; you build systems that scale
  • Cross-functional communicator, you work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS, and you know how to influence without authority
  • Startup-ready, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building from scratch
  • Experienced with GTM tooling, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, HubSpot, or similar platforms are familiar territory

  • Experience at a Series A-C company building RevOps from scratch
  • Prior exposure to financial services, banking, or fintech sales motions
