Roles & Responsibilities
A Senior MuleSoft Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Platform. This role involves TIBCO migration , architecting APIs, leading integration efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in API-led connectivity across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
โ€ข Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
โ€ข Develop RESTful and SOAP-based services
โ€ข Implement API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience layers)
โ€ข Create reusable integration components and frameworks
โ€ข Develop DataWeave scripts for data transformation
2. Architecture & Solutioning
โ€ข Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions
โ€ข Define integration architecture and patterns
โ€ข Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
3. API Lifecycle Management
โ€ข Design APIs using RAML / OAS (OpenAPI Specifications)
โ€ข Manage API lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, versioning)
โ€ข Publish and manage APIs in Anypoint Exchange
โ€ข Apply API governance and security standards
4. Security & Compliance
โ€ข Implement security policies (OAuth, JWT, TLS, SAML)
