As an Anthropic Alliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships that align with our strategic goals. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will be instrumental in capturing new business opportunities and promoting the firm's services through innovative market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.
As a Manager, you will lead teams with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC, you will build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between technology and the firm, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs that address clients' most critical business issues.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client needs
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and promote the firm's services
- Leading the development of business plans focused on market penetration and revenue growth
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages within systems to improve strategic planning and execution
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools and practices
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
