This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack developer with expertise in Angular, .NET, Azure, and DevOps who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving application modernization, and mentoring junior team members.

Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
  • Lead technical design and development efforts for new applications, enhancements, and system modernization initiatives.
  • Participate in the migration of legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to Azure cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines while promoting DevOps best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
  • Create technical documentation, project estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Recommend technology improvements and promote coding standards, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on project teams.
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Scope of Responsibilities
  • Independently perform complex systems analysis, application design, and software development.
  • Lead technical activities for small to medium-sized development projects.
  • Coordinate development efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support application lifecycle management, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with business stakeholders, technology leadership, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities
  • No direct personnel management responsibilities.
  • Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and project guidance to less experienced developers.
Education and Experience Required
  • Associate's degree with at least 5 years of application development experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling at least 7 years, including 5 years of software development.
  • 5+ years developing with Angular.
  • 5+ years with .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.
  • 4+ years with .NET Core 6+ and C#.
  • Experience developing RESTful Web APIs.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM technologies.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Experience writing unit tests and utilizing mocking frameworks.
  • Experience designing and deploying Azure cloud-native applications.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and deployment automation.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Education and Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with PrimeNG or Kendo UI.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms.
  • Experience using GitLab and modern source control workflows.
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise banking or financial services applications.
  • Experience leading application modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
