THE COMPANY
Our client is a passionate and multi-disciplinary firm in the design industry who has earned a strong reputation for their holistic and sustainable approach to project design and implementation. This firm are currently seeking Marketing & Proposal Specialist in Edmonton Alberta.
THE JOB
The role will encompass:

  • Work with architects, consultants and the marketing team to develop content, work with layout, images and graphics, presentation and details to produce high quality and visually appealing proposals
  • Prepares and designs marketing materials for award submissions, exhibits, and company participation in community/industry related events
  • Design graphics and compile market sector content including firm information
  • Produces and design engaging social media and website content
  • Defines and contributes to the proposal response plan, schedule, and internal communications associated with the proposal development including follow-up with the contributors

WHAT'S REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 3 to 8 years' experience working in a marketing, proposal or related role within Architecture, Engineering, Construction or similar, preferably for large scale projects
  • Advanced technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite; other programs an asset
  • An excellent eye for design and layout, strong creative and layout skills and the ability to put together content and graphics in a way that is highly presentable and engaging for proposals
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Based in Alberta
  • Ideally can provide some samples of presentations/brochures or similar that you've created in the past
