Senior Graphic Designer, Brand Location: Phoenix, AZ, Hybrid Onsite 4 days/week , work from home Friday Pay: $46.00/hour W2, eligible for insurance and benefits! 40 hrs a week Duration: Ongoing contract, with potential for long-term opportunities We\'re partnering with a leading national retailer to find a Senior Graphic Designer who can help elevate an evolving in-house creative team. This is an opportunity for a highly conceptual, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys bringing brand stories to life across every customer touchpoint. Please Note: Only candidates located in the Phoenix area will be considered. This role is onsite 4 days per week and work from home Friday What You'll Do Design and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, retail, and in-store channels. What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of graphic design experience supporting retail, consumer, lifestyle, or CPG brands. Brand identity Retail and in-store creative Digital marketing and campaign design Strong typography, layout, color, and photography skills. Experience creating work across both physical and digital customer experiences. Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of Figma. Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and emerging design tools. Motion graphics or video design experience is a plus. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
