Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.

Role Overview:
The Jr. Graphic Designer will report to the Graphic Designer and assist in execution of all graphic design materials and assets such as daily social media content needs, e-commerce and web creative assets, and packaging production technical files. This role will have a particular emphasis on execution of print production assets and social media.
Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to:
1. Visual creation & development
โ€ข Work on a wide range of media: Using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as Figma to visualize and develop innovative designs that meet creative and business needs.
โ€ข Maintain a level of excellence in all creative: A keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, packaging, photography and retouching.
2. Collaboration & strategy
โ€ข Collaborate with the product design and marketing teams: Partner with these teams to create innovative designs (online & offline) and compelling stories in line with the brand's DNA.
โ€ข Ensure Brand consistency: Update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams, partners and across all marketing platforms
3. Internal databases
โ€ข Update and maintain internal databases: Manage design, photography, & video resources for easy access
โ€ข Organize creative assets: Ensure that all-design files are well-organized & create guidelines to boost the cross-collaboration between teams
Key Requirements:
โ€ข 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a deadline-driven environment
โ€ข Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of execution
โ€ข Expert-level abilities with Adobe Suite software; particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
โ€ข Beginner level knowledge of Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects
โ€ข Strong organizational and communication skills
โ€ข A keen eye for design and detail
โ€ข Receptive to feedback and direction
