Senior Interior Designer

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $133,000 – $171,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite for the First 90 Days, Then Eligible for a Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join a nationally recognized architecture and design firm in Las Vegas. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced interior designer with a strong background in casino and hospitality design who excels at creating innovative interior environments while leading project teams from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Revit, FF&E selection, space planning, client presentations, and mentoring junior designers. Following the initial 90-day onboarding period, employees are eligible for a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration.
  • Develop creative interior design solutions for casino, hospitality, and commercial environments.
  • Lead client presentations and collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
  • Oversee space planning, finish selections, material specifications, and FF&E packages.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, finish plans, and interior detailing.
  • Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior interior designers.
  • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of current design trends, building codes, ADA requirements, and life safety standards.
  • Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of interior design experience.
  • 5+ years developing interior design solutions.
  • NCIDQ Certification and/or Professional Registration preferred but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong experience with FF&E selection, finish materials, space planning, and construction documentation.
  • Recent experience designing casino, gaming, hospitality, or luxury commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
