About ShyftOff
ShyftOff is reshaping how companies run contact center operations. Our Agentic Workforce Delivery Platform™ blends AI and human talent to help organizations scale their customer support with speed, precision, and flexibility. We're building the future of workforce orchestration - where teams can launch, manage, and optimize an intelligent workforce that adapts to business needs in real time.
Why this role exists
We're growing rapidly and expanding the capabilities of our platform. To keep pace, we need a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves building scalable systems, shipping high-quality product, and solving complex technical challenges that directly impact customers.
You'll work across the full stack - from architecting backend services to building intuitive front-end experiences - and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to bring ideas to life.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives in the energy of a high-growth startup.
What you'll do
Build & Ship Product Features
  • Design, build, and ship features across the full stack with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve the platform as we scale.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with thoughtful test coverage and documentation.

Engineering Excellence & Execution
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Break down complex problems into clear scopes and deliver iteratively.
  • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help raise the bar for engineering quality.

Platform & Infrastructure
  • Work with modern, cloud-native infrastructure and help strengthen our platform foundation as we grow.
  • Contribute to improving developer tooling, deployment workflows, and system observability.

Impact & Customer Mindset
  • Understand how customers use the platform and build with usability, clarity, and automation in mind.
  • Help monitor product performance and address issues before they impact users.

You might be a fit if you...
  • Have 3+ years of experience shipping production SaaS applications.
  • Are comfortable working across the stack - front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud.
  • Take pride in building reliable, scalable systems and feel ownership over what you ship.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you move quickly, collaborate tightly, and embrace iteration.
  • Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and cross-functional partners.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with workforce management, contact center technology, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Built products for operational teams or workflow-heavy environments.
  • Worked in a high-growth or early-stage startup (<100 employees).
Our Stack
(You don't need to know everything here, but you should be comfortable diving in and learning quickly.)
Frontend: Vue.js, React + Next.js
Backend: FastAPI
Data: PostgreSQL
Cloud: ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3
Tools: n8n, Cursor, Github Copilot, ChatGPT
Why ShyftOff
This is a chance to join a fast-growing startup building a category-defining product. You'll have the space to take ownership, influence how we scale, and see your work make an impact quickly.
