Job Summary:
Blank Metal is an AI-native engineering company that partners with enterprises to deliver production AI fast. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design scalable service patterns, ship production-grade code, and collaborate with various teams to deliver client solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design scalable service/micro-service patterns, database schemas, caching layers, and authentication flows
• Ship production-grade code across front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Node, Go, or JVM) with strong test coverage
• Integrate model endpoints, manage real-time inference, and implement robust error-handling and fallback mechanisms
• Drive code-review rigor, CI/CD pipeline health, and observability instrumentation
• Pair-program, lead brown-bag sessions, and advise junior engineers on technical decisions
• Collaborate with UX/Product, AI/ML Practice, and ML Ops teams to deliver client solutions
• Contribute to engineering best practices and help raise the team’s technical bar
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience, with strength in both modern front-end and cloud-native back-end stacks
• Experience designing and operating systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)
