Job Description:

A leading hedge fund, located in New York, NY, is seeking a Fixed Income Trade Support Manager to sit in the Middle Office. The Middle Office team is responsible for supporting the Fixed Income Front Office, specifically supporting Treasury and Repo products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the precision of the positions across the Financial Operation systems
  • Check the booking consistency and verify the accuracy of the financial data
  • Assist in the identification, specification and testing of system enhancements.
  • Check all Cancel and Reissue Amendments T+1
  • Ensure the transactional integrity across trading applications used by the Treasury and Repo product lines (Money market deal, certificate of deposit, Repos)
  • Contribute to the development of reliable and effective control functions
  • Investigate, analyze and follow-up the breaks sent by Back Office and Middle Office teams
  • Monitor all the trades and product life cycle
  • Major contact for Front Office and ensure the link between Front Office and Back Office teams
  • Ensure the controls and procedures are developed to support the business and reduce operational risk
  • Act as a point of contact for the introduction of new products and ensure that procedures are in place to correctly book and manage these transactions

Compensation:
