About the Position:

The Fixed Income Trading Analyst role works alongside the other members of the Diversify Asset Management portfolio management and trading teams in executing investment strategies of professionally managed client portfolios. This is an in-office position in our Sandy, Utah headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Fixed income trading experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with investment and trading platforms is preferred (Bloomberg, Orion, Tradeweb Direct, Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center).
  • Advanced Excel and coding skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Trade Execution: Accurately process new-issue and secondary fixed income trades.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Review and validate large data sets related to fixed income markets and trade execution. Conduct post-trade account reviews, trade reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
  • Database Maintenance: Help maintain the integrity and accuracy of the trading database.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows. Proactively seek ways to improve the team's workflows and processes.
  • Versatility: Perform various data projects as needed to support the team's goals.
