From Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Audit, Investor Relations, Strategy & Corporate Development to Accounting, our Finance functions have a diverse and global presence, providing significant opportunities to develop outstanding career experiences and perspectives.

What you will do:

  • Develop a strong business partnership with the operations team and help drive accountability and attainment of key performance metrics
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate site financial performance versus budgets and forecasts
  • Assist the Finance Operations Manager in development of Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts
  • Use ERP and Hyperion systems to facilitate the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of financial metrics
  • Coordinate and execute month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures, including project financial analysis, business case development, capital request approvals, spending tracking, and post-investment performance monitoring.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that simplify workflows, improve data visibility, increase forecast accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities across the site.

How you will get here:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred; degrees in Accounting, Economics, or other related business disciplines will also be considered.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook), experience using Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP applications are preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team building skills, cross functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated, flexible and strong work ethic
  • Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $65,000.00–$75,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
