Job description


This will be an entry level school to work role supporting the Purchasing Team.
• Support the Purchasing team with administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with Change Management work, including ER (Engineering Release) and VPCR (Value Package Change Request) work and related documentation processes.
• Conduct basic data analysis and reporting with guidance from Purchasing team members.
• Enter and maintain data in purchasing and business systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review information for completeness and identify discrepancies for team review.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support purchasing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding procurement and data management.
Responsibilities
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be a high school junior or senior and or college/univeristy student
Classes must align with job description
Qualifications
  • Support the team on ER work, conducting data analysis with guidance, help with system entry work.
