Job description

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for Junior-Engineer, providing PEO IWS 1.0 engineering analysis and management support to the US Navy. The selected individual will support PEO IWS 1.0 on AEGIS Development and Integration projects associated with Baseline 9 configurations of the AEGIS Combat System. Educations / Professional Work Experience Requirements:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a STEM degree program
โ€ข Minimum of one (1) year of experience; with preferably one to five (1-5) years of professional experience in engineering role. โ€ข Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects
Required experience:
โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Office Products โ€ข Experience working in a project oriented environment
โ€ข Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other similar tools
โ€ข Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) โ€ข Ability to work independently and in a Team environment Desired experience:
โ€ข Experience with Navy Weapon and Combat System
