Another Source's client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Juniorย Video Editor to join their team in Tukwila, WA.ย

About this roleย 

The Jr. Video Editor / Shooter is a key contributor to Sabey's growing video content program, supporting the creation of short-form and long-form video content that reaches audiences across multiple platforms and markets. Working closely with the Senior Video Producer and collaborating with marketing, communications, and design partners, you'll help bring stories to life that showcase Sabey's people, projects, customers, and community impact.ย 

This role offers hands-on experience across every stage of production-from planning and field capture to editing, finishing, and publishing. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of content formats including social media campaigns, documentary-style storytelling, executive communications, customer case studies, and branded content while developing your creative and technical skills within a highly collaborative environment.ย 

While occasional travel to Sabey campuses and project sites is expected, most work will be based out of Sabey's Tukwila headquarters.ย 

Your Contribution Will Likely Includeย 

  • Editing short-form social content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other digital platformsย ย 
  • Assisting with long-form productions including documentary-style features, customer stories, employee spotlights, executive thought leadership content, and branded video seriesย ย 
  • Applying color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, lower thirds, and captioning that align with Sabey brand standardsย ย 
  • Utilizing AI-assisted production tools for editing, transcription, voiceover, translation, and captioning within established brand guidelinesย ย 
  • Capturing interviews, b-roll, facility footage, customer environments, and community-focused content across Sabey locationsย ย 
  • Operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones to produce professional-quality contentย ย 
  • Supporting live event coverage including executive presentations, employee meetings, customer events, and community engagementsย ย 
  • Maintaining production equipment, field kits, and travel readinessย ย 
  • Organizing, tagging, and managing digital media assets within Sabey's asset management systemsย ย 
  • Ensuring consistent application of Sabey's visual identity, storytelling standards, and content quality expectationsย ย 
  • Partnering with marketing and communications teams to execute against publishing schedules and campaign objectivesย ย 
  • Identifying and developing compelling stories that highlight Sabey's people, customers, projects, and community impactย ย 

Experience You Will Bringย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Media Arts, or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent professional video production experienceย ย 
  • Experience shooting and editing digital video content and digital photographyย ย 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolveย ย 
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling ability, technical execution, and experience delivering content on a consistent publishing scheduleย ย 
  • Ability to work efficiently under direction while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesย ย 
  • FAA Part 107 certification preferred. Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it after hire.ย 
  • Strong storytelling instincts and developing editorial judgmentย ย 
  • Exceptional attention to detail related to color, sound, motion graphics, and brand consistencyย ย 
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skillsย ย 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with employees, executives, customers, and community partnersย ย 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teamsย ย 
  • Interest in emerging AI-enabled production tools and technologiesย ย 
  • Experience with social media video formats and platform-specific best practices preferredย ย 
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, construction, outdoor, or technical environments preferredย ย 
  • Familiarity with podcast production, live-event capture, motion graphics, or photogrammetry preferredย ย

Compensationย 

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $54,987 - $82,480.ย
