Job Description:

  • Design develop and maintain scalable ecommerce solutions using IBM WebSphere Commerce WCS
  • Lead implementation and customization of WCS subsystems Catalog Order Member Promotions and Search
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services
  • Contribute to the migration and modernization of legacy WCS components into microservices architecture
  • Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloudnative environments eg AWS Azure GCP
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of handson experience in IBM WCS development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaJ2EE JSP Servlets and Spring Framework
  • Indepth knowledge of WCS subsystems Catalog Order Member Promotions Search
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization Docker Kubernetes
  • Exposure to cloudnative deployments and CICD pipelines
